Care Instructions
Before you arrive:
- Please stop using any retinal and Accutane for at least a week before your appointment. Not doing so can result in burning. Please inform your esthetician if you cannot stop the use.
- For best results, please exfoliate before coming in. This will help with any ingrown hairs.
- Do not apply any creams or lotions before your appointment.
- If you are getting your body waxed, come to your appointment wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
Aftercare
- Keep the waxed area clean, and avoid heat and fiction for the next 24-48 hours.
- No hot baths or showers (cool to lukewarm water only).
- No saunas, hot tubs, massage or steam treatments.
- No tanning (sunbathing, sunbeds or fake tans).
- No sport, gym work or another exercise.
- Avoid scratching or touching the treated area with unwashed hands.
- Wear clean, loose-fitting clothes.
- Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools.
- Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, or lotions to the area
- Moisturize the area daily
- For best results have a regular appointment every 4-6 weeks
